Virtual counseling in the state of New York

Taking care of others while managing our own care is exhausting. There is a very unique balance of prioritizing your needs with the needs of others. This internal struggle can lead to anxiety, depression, and burnout.

 Therapy can help you:

  • Learn strategies to increase energy and wellbeing                                                       

  • Provide a safe space to process natural feelings such a guilt, grief and resentment
